Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the Order2Supplier Shopify application.

Service

Order2Supplier routes Shopify order line items to merchant-configured suppliers, generates CSV or XLSX files, sends email, and records delivery status. The merchant remains responsible for supplier details, product mappings, template mappings, and reviewing generated output.

Plans and billing

Paid plans, the 14-day trial, upgrades, downgrades, and cancellation are administered through Shopify App Pricing. Current limits are 200 processed orders per month for Starter and 2,000 for Growth. Processing pauses when no active plan exists or the plan limit is reached.

Acceptable use

You must use the service lawfully, provide accurate supplier destinations, keep your Shopify account secure, and avoid uploading malicious files or using the service to send unsolicited email.

Availability and delivery

We use reasonable efforts to operate the service reliably, including durable jobs, retry controls, and duplicate protection. Email delivery can still be affected by recipient servers and third-party services. Review delivery logs and retry failed deliveries when needed.

Warranty and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Order2Supplier is not responsible for merchant configuration errors, supplier actions, lost profits, or indirect damages. Liability is limited to fees paid for the service during the three months before the claim, where legally permitted.

Termination

You may cancel through Shopify and uninstall at any time. We may suspend misuse or security threats. Uninstall triggers deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.
